Wow, what a response and More Chances to Enter

Oh, I have just loved checking my e-mail and reading the wonderful comments from everyone who has entered for the drawing! And, as much as I LOVE receiving such kinds words, and I have to admit, I sort of asked for them by asking what you liked. I would also like some constructive feedback so that I can improve my store and generate some sales! It was encouraging to see that many of you liked the kits, but no one purchased anything. That's perfectly OK because I know that when I visit a shop to enter a drawing, I usually don't purchase anything either. But I really would appreciate some feedback as well. So, here's a bonus chance to get into the drawing again (ha, bet you didn't know I was going to do that did you?) If you would be so kind as to send me a suggestion for how I can improve my shop, (Please e-mail it to me at anna (at) craftygirlsworkshop (dot) com) I will add your name to the drawing for a second time. That increases your odds of winning that charm pack!

Also, if you tell your friends on your blog about the giveaway and they stop by to say hi and visit my shop, you'll both get another entry! So go out and spread the word and please send me your constructive feedback about the shop. Thanks sooo much!

P.S. If you have an Etsy store and would like to trade bloggy ad space (no cost) please let me know. I'd be happy to display your Etsy shop sign here on my blog if you'd display mine.

****ATTENTION: If you do not have a blog, please include your e-mail address in your comment! Otherwise I won't be able to e-mail you if you win! Thanks!*****

Yes, it's true. The Crafty Girls have decided to be generous and give away one charm pack of your choice of the following three packs. What is a charm pack? It is a collection of 5" squares, one of each fabric, in a complete line. This usually comes out to about 30 fabrics. These are great for a variety of projects such as tote bags, aprons, and even quilts. Here are the choices, I'll explain the rules in a second, for now, eye candy! (Thanks to the Fat Quarter Shop for the use of the pictures of these collections, they are not sponsoring this giveaway, but they have wonderful pictures, none-the-less.)

Choice #1

Aviary, sooo pretty and soft and pastel!

Choice #2

Beach House by Blackbird Designs, so muted and vintage.

Choice #3

Wonderland by MoMo is fun and funky fabric and so cute!

Now, that you've seen the choices, you may be wondering what the catch is. Well, I definately want you to comment here on the blog to say hello and of course tell me which charm pack you would want should you win, but I want you to do something else for me too. Go to Crafty Girls Workshop and look at the various items we have for sale, then come back here and in the comments share which item in the shop is your favorite and why. I'm going to be out of computer world for a few days because I'm going on a little vacation (don't worry, Crafty Girl Regina will be checking for orders, hint, hint) but I'll do a drawing from the comments and announce the winner NEXT Wednesday, which also happens to be TAX day! Thanks for visiting and I am looking forward to reading your comments!

Got Babies?

If you have a baby, you most like have the need for baby items. We are here to meet your needs! We have just listed a few new baby items in the shop! Regina (the other Crafty Girl, the one with the time to sew this amazing stuff) has done it again. She's been working hard and has created some awesome baby gifts. Even if you don't have a baby, you probably know someone who does, this is Spring after all and babies are being born every day.

We've just listed this adorable pink and white diaper bag. It features a cute design of bumble bees and pink flowers with coordinating pink fabric. The inside is roomy and has six pockets for bottles and other feeding supplies.

Regina has also created this set of three burp cloths that actually coordinate pretty well with the diaper bag. We all know what a messy process it is to burp a baby so why not do it in style? The burp cloths are embellished with ribbons and flower appliques but you can be assured they are made with absorbant terry cloth and cloth diapers.

The final item we have just listed is another set for feeding time. This one is a little more masculine for that special little boy in your family. Two bibs with precious zoo animals (hungry ones, too) that are backed in terry cloth. The bibs are in two different sizes to accomodate your baby when he gets a little older and a little bigger. This set includes a burp cloth with coordinating fabrics and terry cloth on the back. Very absorbant and soft on the top. All the items Regina has made are machine washable (very important with baby items) and should stand up to the test of time. Just click the link on the sidebar to visit the shop and see more pictures of the newest items.

Check back here soon because I am going to post a giveaway either tonight or tomorrow and it's one you won't want to miss! FREE FABRIC Coming Soon...

Happy Shopping,

Sew Proud of Myself

I think I saved us at least $20! I designed a banner for our shop ALL BY MYSELF! I even made a smaller ad type banner thingy to go along with it. If you want to see the new banner, check out the shop! (Hey I can figure out anything if you give me 4 hours of free time, yeah right.)
